Excellent customer support need improvement in order processing
I recently purchased 49 items from Bulkaroma Chemicals, and most of them have been very good. Their products are of high quality, and they have an honest approach to their business. The customer care is excellent, and the packaging is impeccable with no leaks or breaks. Both the perfumes and perfumery chemicals are of great quality. However, stocks are limited, and some items were out of stock. They could improve by speeding up their processing and packaging. Overall, I am very satisfied and would rate them 4.5 out of 5.
