Product Documentation Policy:
- Data Access: Documentation for ingredients if/when available, can be accessed directly from the product page. If you need specific information or documents that are not available on the product page, kindly check with us via chat support and if our communication says we cannot provide them, please understand that we won’t be able to offer additional paperwork by other means.
- Data Availability Challenges: Bulkaroma primarily operates as a sampling platform (& then a scale up platform), handling 1000+ ingredients from 150+ manufacturers and distributors. Not all suppliers provide us with detailed information / documents such as manufacturing/expiry dates, MSDS, COA, etc. As our commitment to bring more access to such data, we continually request for such info and update them promptly as and when we receive them
- High Value /Bulk Quantity Requirements: If you have a bulk requirement (25 to 200kg) and the documentation you need isn’t available on the product page, we can work with the manufacturer to obtain the necessary information. To proceed, we may review your purchase history or request an advance payment to secure your commitment.
- Information on Stickers: When we repack materials from our stock, our stickers do not include details such as manufacturing date, expiry date, batch number, etc., as we don’t have sufficient data or systems built to incorporate such information. If we start including additional data, we will update this section with any changes in the future. Currently we provide material name, order/invoice numbers, consumer name, qty info on stickers.
