Shipping Limitations and Countries we don't ship to:

Challenging Regions:

1. USA Update: Additional tariffs apply now and we resumed US shipments on Sept 09, 8 Am IST.
2. Russia:
   1. Payments: All payments must be made using a credit card or a bank account held outside Russia.
   2. Courier shipments: DHL and most international courier companies currently do not provide services to Russia. As an alternative, you may ship to a neighbouring country (Norway, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Azerbaijan or Kazakhstan) and then arrange for local forwarding into Russia.
   3. Air cargo shipments: We can ship by air cargo only for consignments weighing more than 50 kg. For shipments of 50 kg and above, freight charges generally range from 650 to 1,000 per kg.

Voluntary Closure of Markets:

1. Spain & Italy: Due to strict regulatory compliances, we voluntarily closed this market. We had handful instances where buyers were not able to meet compliance requirements.
   NOTE: Please contact us via Chat only if you have experience importing aroma chemicals or fragrances, or if you accept full responsibility for navigating your country's import regulations and associated risks.

4. you will get shipping rates for your order based on your total product weight
