We have a New Facility to Serve You Better
Finally, we’ve moved to a new space that enables us to operate more efficiently and handle larger volumes. We began building this facility in March 2024, aiming to move by September, but with several add-on requests, it was handed over to us in February 2025. By then, we were struggling to manage operations and eagerly awaited this move.
With an actively managed portfolio of 1,500+ raw materials, we completed the transition in just 10 days, from March 11 to March 20, 2025. While we’re facing a few hiccups, we expect to resolve them by next week.
This is a fresh start where we aim to optimize operations and transition to new inventory models over the next 4–5 months to reduce dispatch time to 1–4 days. We are ever thankful for the patience, support and all the forgiveness (when we made mistakes) you all have extended to us in this journey. We look forward to serving you faster and better in the days ahead.

About the New Facility
Our new space has a total area of 6000 SFT. We have:
- Dedicated areas for repacking powders and solvents
- Improved liquid handling sections
- Optimized order fulfillment to speed up processing and delivery
- Space available for an experience center as well
Upcoming Launches
As we settle into our new facility, we’ll soon be adding materials from Robertet, LUZI (64 new fragrances), and Bedoukian within the next 1–3 weeks.
For primary packaging, we’ve identified quality sources for wooden perfume bottle caps and plan to launch them in about a month. We hope you like these additions and look forward to evolving with your suggestions and feedback.
