Good quality materials and Top Notch Packing. Ordered some 30+ items and all were packed neatly in Fresh New Aluminium Tins and not in some old recycled reused ones...like a local vendor would do...very professional. Had a very good experience with my first purchase with them. Good product and service, on time delivery, helpfull assistance was provided to select product. I accidentally reached their website while googling some perfumery product. They had the product I was interested in. I initially hesitated to place order since my requirement was small, they are bulk supplier I was not sure how they will respond to a retail purchaser. Finally, I placed the order. The website clearly displayed the message to expect late delivery due to holidays. This was good, as I was prepared for any delays. During order follow up I came in contact with Mr. Prashant, who runs this company. He was kind enough to explain me their whole operations, briefed me about their company and products they are providing. The items was received in good packing, without any spillage. All the bottles were properly sealed & labelled. I liked their idea of providing additional bottles with droppers for later usage. These empty bottles were also properly labelled. This shows the care & thought gone into providing good service. Smallest things have been taken care. I had the same product from original manufacturer. While comparing I didn’t find any difference, that proved no dilution done by them. This is problem faced with many suppliers, but thankfully Bulk Aroma supplied the original product. Have bene in contact with Mr Prashant regularly. He has been kind to give some recommendations for next purchase. I liked that he recommended what he felt was good and not which is expensive. Going to place my second order, within 15 days of the first one. They do have vast range of aroma products. I recommend any one can go for blind buy. Good job Mr Prashant and team.
