Job Description:
Evaluate incoming aroma chemicals and fragrance ingredients, ensuring batch-to-batch consistency across our 1,500+ SKU catalog sourced from manufacturers worldwide.

What you'll do

- Smell-test (organoleptic evaluation) incoming raw materials and fragrance oils

- Check batch-to-batch consistency against reference samples

- Flag off-notes, contamination, or quality deviations

- Maintain evaluation records and reference libraries

- Coordinate with procurement/QC on supplier quality issues

- Bring enriching information on each product that you evaluate

Who we're looking for

- Freshers passionate about perfumery, or experienced QC/evaluation hires from fragrance, flavor, or FMCG

- Diploma/degree in Perfumery, Cosmetic Science, Chemistry preferred (not mandatory with a trained nose + right attitude)

- Sharp olfactory sense, high attention to detail

- Honest, disciplined, consistent

- Bonus: IFRA/GC-MS/raw material knowledge
