Job Description:

Source aroma chemicals and fragrance ingredients from manufacturers and suppliers across India and overseas - handling RFQs, price negotiation, purchase orders, and supplier follow-ups to keep our 1,500+ SKU catalog stocked and competitively priced.

What you'll do

- Float RFQs to suppliers and manufacturers; collect and compare quotations

- Negotiate pricing, MOQs, lead times, and payment terms

- Raise purchase orders and track them through to delivery

- Follow up with suppliers on dispatch, documentation, and delays

- Maintain supplier database, price lists, and sourcing records

- Coordinate with QC and warehouse teams on incoming material issues

- Identify new suppliers and alternate sources for existing materials

Who we're looking for

- Any graduate; BBA/B.Sc/MSC or Chemistry/Biotechnology background welcome

- 1 to 3 years in purchasing, procurement, or sourcing; sharp freshers also considered

- Good negotiation and follow-up skills - persistent without being pushy

- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets (Vlookup, XLookup)

- Good English communication for dealing with overseas suppliers

- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle many open orders at once

- Added advantage: experience sourcing chemicals, aroma ingredients, or specialty raw materials

- Added advantage: exposure to imports, HS codes, or international supplier coordination
